Eating Disorder Therapy
We're Here to Help
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, eating disorder treatment. We specialize in eating disorder therapy, working with individuals and their families. We offer therapeutic support for parents of those struggling with an eating disorder, even if that individual is not in our care.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns and struggles, and customizing an individualized treatment plan toward your lasting recovery.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey and help you move forward to where you want to be in your life. Our services are 100% virtual, so your path to recovery can begin or continue no matter where you are located within the states of Texas or Florida.
We work with individuals to address eating disorders across the spectrum... including anorexia nervosa, ARFID, binge eating disorder, bulimia, chronic overeating, diabulimia, emotional eating, orthorexia and eating disorders not otherwise specified.
We work from a treatment team approach, we will work closely with your current providers or help you find any missing pieces to make up a team outside of our therapists. This team will consist of any of the following providers deemed necessary: Dietitian, Psychiatrist, Physician/Pediatrician.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. These are also very common in those struggling with eating disorders. Our therapists will address co-morbidities as part of your treatment.
